Steps for Submitting Your Cocoons:

1. Package your nesting materials: Carefully pack your unharvested and filled tubes or reeds with a little padding (newspaper or paper towels work well).

2. Ship to Crown Bees: Please ensure to include your name and order number with your shipment.

3. Shipping: Ship via US Postal Service at your expense (standard shipping is fine).

After We Receive Your Nesting Materials:

• Hand Harvesting: We will harvest the cocoons by hand to ensure the best care.
• Cleaning & Inspection: We’ll clean your cocoons and share the harvest report with you, detailing any pest or disease findings.
• Climate-Controlled Overwintering: Your cocoons will be safely stored in our temperature-controlled cooler.
• Return Shipping: In the spring, we’ll ship your cocoons back to you via FedEx 2-day shipping on your selected ship date.
