Return Policy and Instructions

We are committed to nurturing the bee-raising community as a means of providing gardeners with the pollination services that help grow more healthy fresh fruits and vegetables. And so, we make every effort to bring you quality bee raising supplies and healthy bees. We stand behind our products and support our bee-raisers. And, we will work hard to resolve issues that may arise.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee  

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your product within 30 days of purchase for either store credit or a refund for the full price of the product(s). If, however, your order contains damaged products or was incorrect, please see our Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy.

Upon receipt of the returned item(s), we will either issue a refund or give you store credit--whichever option you chose on your return form. We will email a refund receipt or notice of your store credit for your records. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method and generally take between three and ten days to show on your statement after being processed by Crown Bees. Please note: Shipping charges are not refundable.

Kits

We can't refund parts of a kit. The entire kit would need to be returned. If a piece is damaged, please see our Damaged/Incorrect Product Policy.

Bees  

Bees are not refundable. The only exception is if we run out of stock and are unable to fulfill your order.

We average a 99% success rate in getting your bees to you safely. However, extreme temperatures and shipping delays may affect your bees. If your package arrives and your bees are not viable, please fill out a Help Center Support Ticket within seven days and we'll happily replace your bees!  Subsequent replacements will be on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.  

ATTENTION ACCOUNT HOLDERS

Please start your return within your account page. It is very easy for you to initiate a return. Just log in to your account, click on the ORDERS tab, select the order that contains the items you want to return. Under ACTIONS (bottom right), you will see a RETURN button. Click it and follow the instructions. A return initiated in this manner already has all of the information we need and is, therefore, a faster process for you! As well, you can follow up on the status of your return.
