Step 1: Confirm Your Order

A confirmation email, containing your tracking number, will be sent to you once the shipping label is generated. If it's not in your inbox:

  • Check Your Spam: Sometimes emails take a detour! 

  • Still Missing? No worries! Click the chat button on the bottom-right of any webpage and we'll assist you promptly. If we don't respond immediately, we will email you as soon as possible. 

Step 2: Track Your Package

Your tracking number unlocks real-time updates on your package:

  • Use Your Tracking Number: Enter the tracking number from your confirmation email into your web browser to be directed to the shipper's tracking page.

  • Monitor the Status: View current whereabouts and estimated delivery of your package.

In case the status displays "Pending" or lacks an expected delivery date, feel free to click that chat button for support by clicking the chat button on any page's bottom right.

Note: Understanding Shipping Timelines

Your order will typically be shipped within 1-4 days of placement, although this may vary seasonally. Specific shipping details can be found at the HELP CENTER page’s top center.

COVID-19 & Shipping: During the ongoing pandemic, shipping might not be as prompt as previously experienced due to prevalent staffing shortages affecting all shipping companies.

  • FedEx 2-Day: Although named "2-Day," please be advised that delivery can potentially take three or four days.
