Attract Mason bees with pheromones

Research indicates that mason bees are drawn to pheromones from past nesting seasons. InvitaBee™Plus+ Mason Bee Attractant, a USDA-patented formula, is crafted to replicate these pheromones. This attractant is an effective method for enticing various species of Mason bees to bee houses. It promotes nesting among all bees within the Osmia genus (approximately 350 species globally!). This attractant helps in reducing the dispersal of the bees.

InvitaBeePlus+ attracts mason bees to your nesting materials through the stimulation of two powerful senses -sight and smell. Mason bee’s preferred nesting materials are natural reeds. Spray the artificial pheromones (scent attractant) on the natural reeds (visual attractant) to encourage mason bees to nest in your bee house. The scent from InvitaBee™Plus+ lasts for about 3 weeks, which is ample time for attracting nesting bees.
