CHANGES

For your protection, we do not keep payment information on file. Therefore, we are unable to change an order once it has been submitted. If you missed an item on your order, you will need to place a second order. It is unlikely we will be able to combine the orders for shipping because they may be at different stages in the manufacturing process and/or handled by different staff members.  

CANCELATIONS

Submit a Help Center Support Ticket and let us know that you need to cancel your order. Please be sure to include your order number.

Orders start processing immediately upon receipt and because of the high volume of support tickets we handle, we cannot guarantee we can process your request to cancel in time to stop it from shipping. If your order has not shipped yet, we can cancel the order and issue you a refund. If it has shipped, you can send the order back to us. We will issue a refund for the product upon receipt of the order in new condition. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please see Return Policy & Instructions
