Buy Online Pickup in Store
Do you live in the greater Seattle area and want to pick up at our retail location? We've got you covered!
Before you arrive, we encourage you to place your order online using the PICK UP IN STORE option on the checkout page in the shipping method section. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. You'll have ten days after the date of that email to pick up your order.
Unfortunately, we can't change a pick up in store order to be shipped. For your protection, we do not keep payment information on file. Therefore, we are unable to change an order once it has been submitted.
If you are unable to pick up your order, we will refund the purchase and you can reorder at a time that is convenient for you.
Orders not picked up within 10 business days after the email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup will be refunded.
We keep a small retail store open Monday through Friday between the hours of 1:00 and 4:00 p.m.
As much as we would like to, we simply can't do bee-raising consultations. We encourage you to use the robust collection of articles and guides located on our website. If you can't find what you need, Submit a Help Center Message and we can quickly direct you to the information; complete with links, articles, photos and even video!
