Crown Bees houses are handcrafted in the USA from sustainably sourced Pacific NW cedar. By repurposing wood from scrapped projects, we reduce waste while creating long-lasting homes that support healthy bee populations. Unlike mass-produced imports, our bee-safe designs put pollinators first because the future of native and wild bees depends on it.
Our Bee House DesignsHarvesting your Mason bee cocoons is one of the most important steps you can take to protect next year’s bee population. Opening your filled reeds or trays each fall lets you remove pests, clean cocoons, and separate the healthy ones so they can overwinter safely and emerge strong in the spring. Harvesting not only safeguards your own bees, but it also gives you the chance to share extra cocoons with friends, neighbors, or community gardens to help grow local populations.
