From the HOME PAGE, click on the PERSON icon to log into your account.
Click on the order number for which you want to start a return.
The order will open. On the bottom, right-hand side of the page, you will see SHIPPING DETAILS. This area will let you when your order has shipped and a clickable link for the tracking number so you can quickly see where in its journey your package is and when you can expect it. If there is no tracking information, your order has not shipped.
A confirmation email is sent each time a shipping label is printed. If you don't see it in your email inbox, take a peek at your spam folder. Still no confirmation? You can open a support ticket by heading over to the HELP CENTER page and clicking on the CONTACT US button near the bottom of the HELP CENTER page.
NOTE: Orders ship anywhere from one to four days after placement of order--depending on the season. This information appears at the top, center of the HELP CENTER page.
