Do you live in the greater Seattle area and hate to pay shipping fees? We've got you covered!
Before you arrive, we encourage you to have your order ready, or even better, place your order online using the PICK UP IN STORE option, available on the checkout page. Just click the PICK UP IN STORE button in the SHIPPING METHOD section. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup. You will have ten days after the date of that email to pick up your order.
We can't change a BOPIS order to an order to be shipped out as no shipping charges were collected for the purchase. We are unable to edit orders after payment is received. This is for your protection.
If you are unable to pick up your order, we will refund the purchase and you can reorder at a time that is convenient for you.
NOTE: Orders not picked up within 10 business days after the email notifying you that your order is ready for pickup will be returned to stock and refunded.
We are foremost an online company that processes thousands of online orders and hundreds of online support tickets each day during bee season. Nonetheless, we keep a small retail site open Monday through Friday between the hours of 1:00 and 4:00 p.m.
